Just to let you know, Josephine Pera has been in the hospital For a little heart surgery, but home now, doing well.

Also heard the pickle ball court has been approved. Don’t know if that’s true or not, you might want to tune into tonight’s board meeting to find out.

Pickleball is not approved. Because of the amount of changes to the existing shuffleboard courts, membership must vote to approve this change. 75% of the membership must give a yes vote in order for pickleball to move forward. If approved, three of the shuffleboard courts would be converted to create one pickleball court. This vote will occur in the November-December timeframe when most of the residents return. A board member will conduct the vote by going door to door to collect the vote and signatures.
